After having registered for getting an account, a collector-tool must be installed on the remote modem before having statistical data available on the vnms web-portal. The installation takes 2 minutes only: You need to have access-rights and local or remote access to the modem and start the installation-program: You can add ips manually or scan your local network for modems. After successful installation, you are getting a code from the modem – with this code, you can easily add the modem to your account in the web-portal – and start monitoring it.
