This year’s CABSAT trade show in Dubai was again a big success for Nynex. The three days passed with a crowded stand and a lot of interesting requests and discussions. New contracts have already been agreed on in the booth and many more are being prepared.

Besides expanding our reseller network one of the main aspects was to strengthen the business with our partners. Many booth visitors were able to get an impression of the capabilities of Nynex’ monitoring tools and the advantage of using Nynex satellite services in addition with the monitoring-tools became evident: Maximum service quality with maximum service transparency.

The demand for capacity is currently higher than the supply of it. Thus theservice prices are going up slightly for KU- and C-Band. The prices for inclined KU services are increasing as well as the demand of trunking in the Middle East metropolises is growing too.

Especially the high demand in Afghanistan may lead to a lack of bandwidth soon – projects-requests for the next 6 months are showing this development already.

One of the results of the CabSat trade show will be, that Nynex will provide more capacity on stable and inclined satellites to support its partners in Africa and the Middle East.
